Springtime in the desert

When viewed by the eye, rather than the lens, fields of flowers just stretch into infinity. The lens captures more individuality. As a result I try to think small rather than try to get a vista. I did not realize the amount of insect life in this snapshot of desert daisies until I was reviewing the day?s shoot. I knew about the butterfly, but all the other insect life was well hidden.
