Brooks Falls Bears

Brooks Falls, on the Katmai Peninsula in southern Alaska is a favorite spot for photographers to go and watch grizzly bears catch salmon as they swim upstream and jump the falls. While the classic image is the bear at the top of the falls, the best fishing spot is just below the falls, where the largest toughest bears do their fishing.
