Lift Off Reflection

Description

Bosque del Apache in New Mexico is a well-known
sanctuary for cranes and other migratory birds. This image was taken during the lift-off of the sand cranes at dawn with the sky color reflected in the pond. The only thing missing is the incredible sounds of the birds talking and their wings beating the air.
